Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 ml water
  • 160 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 450 g wheat flour
  • 6 g dry yeast
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for bread makers

First, add water and tomato puree to the bread maker. Then add flour, salt, yeast, garlic, and spices. Makes one 750g loaf. Program: Normal/Basic. Browning: Light.
