Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g cream (whipped)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 point herbs (8 herbs, frozen) or
- Fresh herbs to taste
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Stir in the quark, sour cream, and stiffly whipped cream in a sieve. Add the herbs, garlic clove, salt, and paprika, if desired. Close the lid and let stand at room temperature for 1 day and then in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Delicious with crackers, fresh bread, or even potatoes.
