Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Camembert(s), fully ripe, Bavarian (50% fat)
- 2 tbsp butter, soft
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp caraway seeds, coarsely crushed
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Onion(s) in rings, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the Camembert with a fork and mix it with the butter until it forms a fine crumb. Stir in the onion, caraway seeds, salt and pepper, and paprika powder to taste. Serve topped with onion rings and sprinkled with caraway seeds.
