Cucumber and apple salad with wasabi yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • n. B. Walnuts, chopped and roasted
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the dressing, mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, wasabi paste, sugar, and parsley well, season with salt and pepper. Peel, deseed, and slice or finely grate the cucumber, grate the apple, and quickly mix everything with the sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while, then serve with some chopped and toasted walnuts.
