Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 g meat, cooked leftovers of beef or pork
- 40 g fat
- 3 onions
- 125 ml meat broth
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Utilization of meat leftovers
Finely slice the onions and fry them in hot fat. Add the thinly sliced or diced meat, brown lightly, add the meat broth, bring to a boil, and season with salt. Serve with boiled potatoes.
