Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 large zucchini or cucumber
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash and trim the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Brown the minced meat until crisp. Add the vegetables and cook until tender but still crunchy. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the passata and simmer for about 10 minutes. Potatoes or pasta are delicious as a side dish.
