Crab-garlic sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 pepper, fresh
  • 200 g crab
  • 2 cups reduced-fat cream
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan. Finely dice/cut into rings 2 garlic cloves and the light and most of the light green parts of the spring onions. Deseed and thinly slice the bell peppers. Lightly fry everything in the oil. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it over the fried mixture. Add the reduced-fat cream and 3 crushed garlic cloves. Mix with herb salt, pepper, basil, and nutmeg. Add the crab. Add the Parmesan cheese. Finely dice/cut into rings 5 ​​garlic cloves and the remaining spring onions. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Roast the garlic and spring onions in the remaining heated olive oil. Transfer the spaghetti to appropriate bowls and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with the roasted garlic.
