Sour cream – cucumber salad with dill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber and peel it lengthwise. I peel one strip at a time, leaving the next one standing, creating a pattern. Season the sour cream with honey, salt, pepper, and plenty of fresh dill. Fold in the cucumbers and serve immediately, otherwise the salad will be too watery.
