Raspberry cream with white chocolate

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 1 bag of frozen raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick dessert, easy to prepare

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Stir in the sour cream and crème fraîche, then chill. Sprinkle the raspberries on top. The chocolate and sour cream mixture can be prepared the day before. Add the frozen raspberries to the mixture and serve once thawed.
