Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g parsnip(s)
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp almonds, sliced and roasted
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- cane sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, trim, and grate the parsnips. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix the parsnips, raisins, and dressing and sprinkle with almonds. Serve after letting it sit for a short time.
