Raspberry sour cream dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Brown sugar (farin sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 12 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in a shallow dish (or casserole dish). Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the sour cream, and spread over the raspberries. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top to a thickness of a knife’s back. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with more brown sugar just before serving. Tip: The cream and sour cream can be replaced with yogurt or quark.
