Turkey schnitzel in aluminum foil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • garlic powder
  • 8 slices herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

is juicy and tender and yet very easy to make

Lightly season the turkey schnitzels with all the spices. Prepare a piece of aluminum foil for each schnitzel. Place the schnitzel on top and spread herb butter (2 slices per schnitzel) on top and underneath the schnitzel. Seal the aluminum foil tightly so that no juices can escape. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cook the meat for 45 minutes. We like to serve it with rice and salad. You don’t need any extra sauce, as all the juices are absorbed into the aluminum foil, keeping the dish moist. If you’re following a food combining diet, you can also serve just salad. It tastes great, too!
