Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), red or yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 4 large onions, more if desired
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • Maggi spice mix 3 or salt, pepper and paprika

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey breast fillet into bite-sized strips. Chop the onions and garlic. Cut the feta into thin strips, and wash and slice the bell peppers. Season the meat and brown. Add the onions and garlic to the pan. Brown well, then deglaze with milk and cream. While it’s boiling, gradually add the feta, stirring frequently. Just before the feta is completely melted, add the bell pepper strips; they should remain quite crunchy. The pan dish should now be somewhat creamy; if the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little milk. Season again and serve. We like to serve it with fresh baguette and a seasonal salad.
