Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 ml milk
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- Pepper, white
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes or strips. Cook in lightly salted water. Drain the cooking water into a bowl and keep the kohlrabi warm. Place the diced feta cheese and milk in a saucepan and heat until the cheese has melted. Add a little more of the cooking water, if necessary, until the consistency is right. Season with pepper. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
