Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 g milk
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blanch the washed spinach in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, and let cool. Melt the butter and add the drained and finely chopped spinach. Stir in the flour and pour in the cream and milk. Let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and nutmeg.
