Cherry yogurt muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 100 g fructose
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g yogurt, low-fat (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar morello cherries (drained approx. 200 g)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients, except the cherries, together with a hand mixer. Then fold in the cherries with a spoon, fill the batter into muffin cups, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
