Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g boiled potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 80 g arugula
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

For this delicious potato pan, it’s best to cook the potatoes the day before. Peel and slice the potatoes. Slice the onions into thin strips and finely chop the garlic. Wash the arugula. Dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the potatoes gently on both sides, seasoning with the spices. Then add the onion and garlic. Fry thoroughly. Finally, add the tomatoes and arugula and mix everything gently. Dice the feta cheese and fold it in just before serving. This potato pan is super delicious and will also be a hit with guests at barbecues.
