Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 bananas
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 ml cream
- 180 g chocolate, dark

Whisk the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until frothy. Puree the bananas with the milk, cocoa, and baking soda and fold in. Add the nuts. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix. Pour into a rectangular baking pan (25 x 35 cm) and bake at 190°C for approximately 35-45 minutes. For the glaze, bring the cream and chocolate to a boil and spread over the almost cooled cake.
