Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg frozen vegetables (Romanesco, beans, carrots)
- 1 pack of potato dumplings
- 450 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 100 g cheese, grated light
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp sour cream, (or cremefine)
- 5 tbsp sauce thickener
- salt and pepper
- Maggi
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Ideal for the whole family, low in fat, suitable for WW
Spread the dumplings in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the vegetables until al dente and drain. Pour all the vegetables over the dumplings and mix lightly. Bring the broth and vinegar to a boil. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to a boil. Add the sour cream and mustard to the sauce and season generously. Spread the sauce over the dumplings and vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Place the mixture in a preheated oven (190°C) for about 30 minutes.
