Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Aromat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Hard-boil the eggs and rinse them with cold water. Chop the eggs, ham, cucumber, and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cooled pasta and mix. Add a little mayonnaise to the ingredients, mix well, then add the cucumber juice and stir well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and flavoring. Let it sit for 1 day. If it’s too dry the next day, you can add more mayonnaise.
