Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (short macaroni pasta)
- 50 g ham (salmon ham or Italian ham)
- 1 large green bell pepper(s)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g cheese, diced, e.g. Gouda
- 150 g mayonnaise, homemade or Miracle Whip
- 170 g tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
Instructions

quick to make, a nice party salad
Don’t overcook the pasta. Mix a dressing from mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, and salt. Stir in the frozen herbs. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes. Dice the cheese and slice the ham. Halve and then quarter the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything together and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
