Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast
  • tomato puree
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • Spice(s), Italian
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread the toast slices generously with tomato puree. Cut the mozzarella ball into thin slices, so that there are about two slices of mozzarella on each slice. Season with pepper and Italian spices. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C, middle rack. You can add other toppings as desired. Enjoy!
