Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 wraps
- 200 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 slice(s) chicken cold cuts
- possibly vegetables of your choice (use up leftovers!)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- chili powder
- n. B. cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Spread the wraps with the passata and season generously. Chop the vegetables and cold cuts into small pieces and arrange them on the wraps. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Of course, you can choose a different topping; I simply used up all the leftovers.
