Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 4 slice(s) cooked ham, large, divided
- 8 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 1 small can of tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Toast the slices of bread for about 2 minutes. Then spread a thin layer of tomato paste on top. Top with ham and cheese. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and melted. Serve immediately.
