Raclette rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 rolls from the day before or pre-baked rolls
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • e.g. raclette cheese or grated cheese
  • e.g. leftovers from raclette, e.g. meat, ham, salami, vegetables, pineapple, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Halve the rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Cut any leftover raclette (the meat should already be cooked) into small pieces, if desired. Combine these as desired (e.g., corn, tomatoes, and mushrooms, cooked ham and pineapple, broccoli, salami, and peppers, or meat, corn, and mushrooms) and mix with a little cream and pizza seasoning. Spread this mixture on the rolls and top with the raclette cheese. If you don’t have any cheese left over, grated cheese is also suitable. This can then be mixed directly with the meat and cream mixture and spread on the rolls. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool briefly, and then enjoy.
