Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g cooked ham
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 pickles
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 Pepper
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Finely chop the ham, onions, pickles, bell peppers, and chili peppers and mix with the remaining ingredients until a firm mixture forms. Halve the rolls and spread 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture on each half. Bake in the oven at 150°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Tip: For vegetarians, I omit the ham and simply use several colorful bell peppers.
