the alternative to yeast dough, for 8 Taler
Make a dough from flour, quark, baking powder, egg yolk, oil, milk, and salt. It will seem a bit firm at first but will soften over time. Then dice the onion, deseed and finely chop the tomatoes. Brown the minced meat in a pan, season with salt and pepper, stir in the tomato paste, and sauté briefly. Add the onion and tomatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with Italian herbs and fresh parsley, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll out thinly into discs, and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. First, spread the tomato and minced meat mixture, followed by the crème fraîche and cheese on the discs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Also delicious with other toppings, e.g., spinach, or ham, mushrooms, and peppers, or… super delicious!!
