Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 1 jar tomato sauce, seasoned
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 bag of seasoning mix (taco seasoning), or 2-3 tsp if you have it in a jar at home
- 1 can of corn (medium size)
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
- 1 bag of tacos (chips), flavor of your choice
- oil

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and prick it several times with a fork. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over it. Fry the ground beef with the taco seasoning in a little oil until crumbly, then spread it on the pizza. Then top with the corn and cheese. Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and crumble the taco chips. When the pizza is done, spread the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and taco crumbs on top. We serve it with homemade guacamole and sour cream. You can also spice up the ground beef with a little Tabasco.
