Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 10 g yeast
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g minced beef
  • ½ can tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Herbs (oregano, mint, basil, thyme, dried and fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick pizza

Knead the first 6 ingredients into a smooth dough. Form the dough into 3 equal-sized balls and roll them out thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Thoroughly mix the minced meat with the remaining ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough balls on it, and spread the topping thinly over them. Bake at 200°C on the lowest rack for about 10 minutes.
