Breakfast: Spelled Pancakes with Raspberry Yogurt Filling

The perfect breakfast: spelled pancakes with raspberry yogurt filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Also:

  • 90 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 ml Vegetable milk
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 125 g Greek yogurt or curd cheese
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • Oil for frying
  1. Whisk the ingredients for the dough together. For the filling, lightly puree the raspberries with the Greek yoghurt and maple syrup. You can still see bits of raspberry.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and pour a thin layer of batter into it. Spread by swirling and bake over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface after approx. 1 minute. Turn and briefly finish baking. Place on a plate and spread the raspberry filling and fold or roll up roughly. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
