Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large croissant(s) , (butter croissant)
- 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
- 2 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
also great as a small lunch in the office
Fry the egg in a pan on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce. Cut the croissant open and spread the margarine on the bottom half. Cut the ham slice in half. Place the lettuce on the bottom half, then the egg, and then the ham. Spread the top of the croissant with mayonnaise and place it on the filled half.
