Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread, brown bread (toast bread works too)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • possibly garlic
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very popular with children and is quick

Use a shot glass to cut a circle out of the slice of bread. Heat some oil in a pan and place the bread in it. Crack an egg into the hole in the bread. Season with herb salt and garlic. Turn over after about 1 minute.
