Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 150 g feta cheese, marinated in oil
- n. B. garlic
- 1 tbsp, heaped oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 handful of arugula
- a few stalks of basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 28 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain in a colander. Toss a little oil from the marinated feta with the still-warm pasta. Mix the oregano, pepper, and salt with the pesto and add to the pasta. Let stand for at least 1 hour. Once the pasta has stood for at least 1 hour, add the diced feta, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and arugula, and fold in. Perfect for grilling.
