Baked ham toast with sour cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) toast or other bread
  • 250 g ham
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Peel and dice them. Also finely chop the ham. Coarsely grate the cheese and mix it with the ham. Mix the sour cream with mustard and mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread with the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with ham cubes, grated cheese, and egg pieces. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese melts.
