Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 baguette rolls
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 slice(s) cheese, melting well
  • 4 slices of cooked ham or salami
  • herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Baguette baked, quick and delicious

Cut the baguette rolls lengthwise and spread with herb butter. Distribute the ham or salami between the bottom halves. Slice the cucumber and tomato and place them on the baguette as well. Season and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Place the cheese on top and cover with the baguette top. Secure each with two toothpicks. Bake at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
