quick snack for in between

Let the puff pastry rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. Then unroll it and divide it into 6 equal squares. Dice the ham into small pieces. Add a dollop of ketchup to each square and spread it evenly. Place the ham cubes in the middle, sprinkle with some oregano, and place a pineapple ring on top. Fold the corners of the squares towards the middle and press down the protruding corners a little to seal the sides. Place each parcel, leaving some space between them, on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush the top of each parcel with a little beaten egg white. Spread the grated cheese on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
