Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small jar of celery salad
  • 3 m.-large gherkins
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

light version

Slice the boiled eggs. Drain the peas and celery and add them to the eggs in a bowl. Also finely chop the cucumbers and ham and mix with the other ingredients in the bowl. For the dressing, simply combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, and vinegar, and season with spices to taste! Gently mix everything together and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
