Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 slices of cooked ham or Parma ham
- 2 slice(s) cheese (Gouda) or any other kind
- 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp mustard (honey-dill mustard) or remoulade
- 3 some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the bread. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the ham in whole slices. Immediately place the cheese slices on top and let them melt briefly. In the same pan, fry the fried eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread the toast with mustard and top with the tomato slices. Place the ham and cheese on top, and finally, the fried egg.
