Wheat flatbreads, richly filled

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp corn
  • 4 tbsp kidney beans
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 6 tbsp sauce, (Texicana salsa)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 4 small flatbreads

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the wheat flatbreads according to the package instructions. Heat oil in a pan. Dice the onion and fry it with the ground beef in the pan. Add the finely diced garlic clove and fry lightly. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili. Add the corn and kidney beans and mix everything together. Reduce the heat to very low. Mix the Texicana salsa and crème fraîche and add it to the pan. Dice the tomato and cheese, add to the mixture, and season to taste. Fill the bread with the mixture.
