Strawberry – Chocolate – Cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • 6 small chocolate kisses with dark chocolate coating
  • 200 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Remove the wafers from the marshmallows. Mix together the quark, marshmallows, lemon juice, and sweetener. Wash and hull the strawberries, dice them, and mix them into the quark cream. If you like, you can use the marshmallow wafers for garnishing.
