Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g Chinese cabbage
- 120g bacon
- 150 g yogurt, 3.5%
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, clear
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, dark
- 400 g matjes fillet(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Fry the bacon strips in a pan until crispy. Then mix all the ingredients together except the fish. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, then add the fish.
