Rustic oven-baked bread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) bread(s), dark
  • ½ cup of crème fraîche, approx. 100 g
  • 2 slices of ham
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • some cheese, grated
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Spread crème fraîche on the bread slices (how thick is up to you). Sprinkle with pepper and some cheese. Then slice the ham into strips and dice or slice the onion into rings and arrange them on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 10-12 minutes.
