Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g natural yogurt or vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the bananas, cut them into large chunks, and place them in a blender. Add the milk, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and yogurt and blend thoroughly. Pour into various highball glasses and enjoy chilled.
