Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 325 g corn flour pasta
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 5 gherkins
- 200 g meat sausage (garlic meat sausage)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 3 slices of Gouda
- 150 g yogurt
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp, leveled horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic
- some salt and pepper
- dill
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pasta salad – simple, delicious and healthy
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Chop the zucchini and carrot and sauté for about 7 minutes. Chop everything and mix. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, herbs, and spices, and stir in everything else. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps for about three days.
