Mustard sauce for mixed salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • e.g. mustard, approx. 1 – 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 small onion(s) as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix white wine vinegar with water, 1-2 teaspoons of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and honey. Then stir in 5 tablespoons of oil. Finely chop 1 onion, if desired, and add.
