Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g fresh berries, e.g. raspberries
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of quark (semi-skimmed quark)
  • 1 dl cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple and delicious

Wash and sort the berries, mix with sugar, and puree. Strain through a sieve. Add the low-fat quark and carefully fold in the whipped cream. Garnish with berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
