Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 8 slices of ham and sausage (approx. 1 cm thick)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- 8 slices of cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Heat the oil and fry the ham sausage on both sides. Remove from the oven (you don’t have to do this; you can also place the sausage on the toast as it is). Mix the ketchup and mustard. Place the ham sausage on the toast, spread the ketchup and mustard mixture on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven at about 200 degrees Celsius until the cheese is melted.
