Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 shot of oil
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot or sweet
- 6 slice(s) Leberkäse, small
- 6 slice(s) bread(s), small
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley or chives
Instructions

great for buffets
Wash the leek, slice it into thin rings, and sauté it in the oil for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the mustard. Place a slice of Leberkäse on each slice of bread, spread the leek and sour cream and mustard mixture on top. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
