Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) wholemeal bread
- 1 handful of arugula
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp goat’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Tasty after-work snack
Wash the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Toss the tomatoes in the pan until the powdered sugar has melted and coated the tomatoes. Spread the arugula on the slice of whole-grain bread. Add the tomatoes from the pan on top. Sprinkle the goat’s cheese in portions over the top. Tip: If you like, you can also briefly grill the goat’s cheese on the top rack of a baking sheet while the tomatoes are cooking in the pan. Finally, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little oil.
