Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) bread(s) (onion bread), fresh
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 8 leaves of lettuce, arugula or sorrel
  • 8 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • some cheese, cut into strips
  • 8 slice(s) roast beef, e.g. leftovers from the day before
  • 1 onion(s), braised, possibly also leftovers from the previous day
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Toast the bread, spread with the remoulade and mustard mixture, top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, roast beef, and onions, and arrange attractively. Sprinkle the sandwich with salt.
